Tabby ("we", "our", or "us") is a cat adoption app that helps users find adoptable cats through Petfinder. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

Tabby does not require you to create an account. We collect minimal information to provide our service:

• ZIP code — entered by you to find nearby cats. Stored locally on your device only.
• Search preferences — age, coat, gender preferences. Stored locally on your device only.
• Saved cats — cats you save are stored locally on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or any personal identifying information.
• We do not track your location.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or tracking pixels.

Third-Party Services

Tabby displays cat data from Petfinder.com. When you tap "Apply to adopt at shelter", you are directed to Petfinder's website, which has its own privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

Tabby+ subscriptions are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Tabby is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
